The Daily Mississippian

Since my freshman year, I have worked with the University of Mississippi's student-led newspaper. The light grey buttons below will open stories in The Daily Mississippian website, where it can be freely viewed. The grey buttons will open the ISSUU version of the paper the story ran in.

The Clarksdale Press Register

The Clarksdale Press Register locks their content to non-suscribers, so the PDF buttons next to the links will take you to the full story.

The Atlanta

Journal-Constitution

I freelanced with the Atlanta Journal-Constitution in the spring of 2015.

The ARkansas

Democrat-Gazette

Though hired as a copy editing intern, I also freelanced for the ADG and had two stories printed on the front page, one of which was the Sunday edition special feature. I worked on one of the hardest stories I've ever written: the story of a  3-year-old boy who was beaten to death by his father and then considered missing for a year while cops tried to find him. Working on Malik's story gave me an insight into long-form story writing.
